All our items are newly bought from the labels/bands direct or their official distributors, so everything we offer is according to the standard of the labels/bands that release them Return Policy
Return Policy
- Items that are lost in the mail or never show up will be resend in case there's more stock, otherwise will be credited.
- We always pack very well so packages that are damaged in transit should be refused at the door, otherwise the risk of a damaged article is for buyer. In special cases a deal can be made for a possible discount on a future order.
- Buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return is no problem, return costs are for buyer, upon receipt of the return a creditnote will be issued
- If we make an error and send the wrong item it can be returned on our costs but first contact us about it
